We take great care in crafting and delivering your jewelry. However, in the rare case that your order arrives damaged, we are happy to offer you a replacement.

 

Return / Refund / Replacement Policy

 

    At Maison of Moonlight, every piece is crafted and packaged with great care. However, in the unlikely event that your jewelry arrives damaged, we’re happy to offer a replacement.

    Please note:

    • Replacements are available only if the product is delivered in a damaged condition.

    • A valid unboxing video is mandatory for damage verification.

    • You must inform our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos of the damaged item.

    • Once verified, we will arrange a return pickup (only from the original delivery address) and ship your replacement within 5–7 working days.

    • If a replacement is not possible, we will issue store credit with no expiry date.

    • The product must be returned in its original box and packaging, and must be unused and undamaged.

    • Refunds and order cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.
